Prince William County’s inventory of homes for sale continues to be low around 1,184. The Northern Virginia region existing homes for sale continues to shrink at 9,259 homes for sale this week vs 9,328 last week. SO, if you are looking for a home, competition will be tough and this low number is bringing prices up and we are seeing multiple offers on properties. I don’t see this changing anytime soon.
